Ordered an expensive frame at a greatly reduced price. Customer service seemed unnecessarily cumbersome. They sent far too many emails just to say: 'We're working on your order', but thankfully my new glasses arrived quickly. Then, after only 2-3 days of wear, a stopper fell off of a small drill mount on my frameless lenses. I went to the trouble of photographing the problem and sending an email to customer service with details of the part that had been lost. I was even willing to pay for a new rubber stopper! Instead of receiving a simple stopper in the mail I received an email stating that I had to file a claim for an RMA (return merchandise something-or-other). Despite calling the 800 number and trying to explain that I didn't wish to return anything, (I simply wanted a new stopper), they insisted that I file paperwork and wait for a response. This company sells great products for very reasonable prices, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Good customer service starts with listening to the customer's needs....not telling the customer what hoops they have to jump thru. I probably won't buy from them again. I'd rather pay for quality consumer relations!
