i was sad to see the first 3 reviews. My spouse and I both go to KFP for the past 3 years and have seen different PA's and Dr's. We are thoroughly pleased with our visits. There was a time my spouse had no insurance and we were given a discount for the visit. As far as checking in and out and making upcoming appointments, the employees do what they need to do to get their job done to get you ready to see the dr. Its not a place or time for idle chit chat.
