Read all the reviews on this character, and find another to represent you.\r Won't return your phone calls, indifferent to his clients, lies!\r Despite my numerous monthly calls, Eugene Kinsey neglected to pick up a judgment for eight months, allowing my debtor to relocate, change jobs, empty accounts, etc.\r During those months, on the few occasions he did return my calls, he assured me that he was going to ""check on it.""\r But he never ever did until I became so desperate that I barraged his answering service with a dozen calls or so & sent a flurry of emails.\r Then he made the effort & voila! The judgement was secured. \r He immediately whined that the long damaging delay wasn't his fault, it was some clerk of the court's fault.\r His pathetic attempt to shift blame for his dereliction of service to clerical error ~ citing the backups & budget cutbacks ~ is especially disgusting, given Eugene Kinsey's many many many years as an attorney.\r He presents himself as a very experienced lawyer, but seemingly neglected to include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the court clerk to return the judgment.\r Mr. Kinsey finally admitted he'd made a mistake, offered return my fee and then reneged.\r After his admission of neglect, and offer to refund the $1000.00 fee, he also offered to help me collect the judgment.\r Then he told me how busy he was & that he would start in a few weeks. I then decided not to chase Mr. Kinsey around anymore, and just sell the judgment.\r When I informed Mr. Kinsey of my decision, he walked his offer of refund back, telling me he would have to ""check the files to see how much time he put in on the case.""\r I challenge Mr. Kinsey to even locate my files!\r This attorney is about to retire, even though the picture on his website is that of him as a young man. He doesn't keep office hours, told me ""he doesn't need the money"" and in general is a slacker.\r Eugene Kinsey is very good at collecting fees but demonstrated scant interest in acting in his clients' legal & fiduciary interest.\r During our initial interview, as I was leaving, and thanking him, he asked me to write him a good review.\r I assured him I would write an honest one when everything is resolved.\r It is not yet.\r I am the one of the people Mr. Kinsey has threatened to sue for half million dollars!\r One more reason not to hire him: He is a bully without even a basic understanding of the Constitution.
