I went to Outrageous Audio today 09/05/13 with what seemed like another audio catastrophe. I called ahead and explained myself, then I drove from Milwaukie to Gresham. I was expecting the worst: New deck replacement $1000, modulator, shop fees. NOPE! None of that! \r
The staff came out to my truck with my deck already pulled out. Messed with this messed with that and two minutes later had my deck working correctly again. I was shocked when I offered to pay a 30 minute minimum fee and they said, ""No."" \r
I will drive to Gresham every time for that kind of customer service. \r
