\r THIS COMPANY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS. About two weeks ago , I took my pool water to them, against my better judgement, the the manager in the Forney Store checked it for us. We normally do this ourselves, but couldn't get our pool water clear. After examining the results, the guy told us we needed Phosphate to to fix our issue. He pulled one bottle off the shelf, and at the check out, rang us up. it was nearly $70, (we had another small item), and when asked him why so much, he said ""the phosphate is a special chemical and that is why it costs so much"", again, against my better judgement, we bought the Phosphate from his store. When I got home I looked online. YOU CAN PURCHASE THIS SAME ITEM ON LINE FOR $29.95 WITH FREE SHIPPING!. I tried to take it back, but the manager wouldn't accept it back an hour later. I told him I would charge it back on my credit card, and he said ""HE WOULD SEE ME IN COURT"". I left the product there. After thinking about it, I went back and pick it back up from their store., We put it in the pool, it eventually cleared up our pool about 4 days later. He said it would take 48 hours.\r PEOPLE, DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE...THEY ARE A HUGE RIPOFF! Go online and buy your products there. In the the past, would go in and buy a cheap hose for $15.00, the same ones Lowe's carries for about half the cost. In 2007, we asked them for a contractor to install our pool, after 3 weeks of waiting for him, he never showed up. We had to go elsewhere. Their evaluation of your pool water isn't really free, they mark up their chemicals to cover their time. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
