There's two ways to get ""affordability."" One is to cut corners, take chances, and risk your clients' future. That's how everyone ELSE gets ""affordability."" The other way is to be so darn good at what you do, that you can do it more efficiently than everyone else. That's Susan Taylor's way. \r
