My water heater broke on a weekend, and I contacted Curtis to ask for assistance on that. He was able to get the water heater installed for me. He took me to Home Depot first to make sure I got the right one at the right size for my family. It was taken care of within a couple hours. He also helped me soak up the water damage that was in the hallway, bringing over a special vacuum cleaner for that and fans to dry it all out.
