Review content:
Stiffed me for four personal training sessions I paid for in advance that he refused to provide. The owner (Gregg) claimed it wasn't his responsibility to make good on the sessions when the trainer quit, even though he had been paid for it. Wouldn't let my last trainer come in to finish out my training package after she gave notice. Never offered me any alternate training. He told her to take me with her to her new gym and then he tried to charge me a $199 ""membership cancellation fee."" He claims I owed it to him under our agreement. He needs to learn about agreements and what that means in a business relationship.
