Review content:
We rented a house from them for a year. While we lived there we had many problems. Early on, our a/c broke when it was over 80 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it for a week so that they could find a cheaper used unit to replace with. Then we also had an upstairs shower that started leaking through the ceiling into the living room, and while they did come fix it, they didn't repair the huge hole in the living room ceiling for a couple months, and when they did they just put a vent cover up there. But by far the biggest problem were the bugs! From day one, there was a huge roach infestation in the kitchen/living room. We contacted them multiple times early on after trying and failing to take care of it ourselves, and were told that it's not their responsibility. Someone did tell us that they would send someone out one time, and after that it was our problem, but nobody came. About 7 months into our lease I sent another email saying that nobody ever came and that the infestation in the kitchen was making it unlivable, and they finally sent someone. \r

Now it's just a month after our move out day, and we were waiting to get our deposit back ($900) and not only did they take out the cleaning fee which we were expecting even though we cleaned thoroughly, but they added a bunch of vague charges amounting to more than 900, so now we ""owe"" them 95. It says they painted walls, stained, etc. None of that was done before we moved in, there were huge scuffs on the walls and scratches on the floors, all of which was on our move in inspection. We will be going to talk to them this week and see what they have to say, but I'm not hopeful. Basically, absolutely don't rent from them.
