My experience has been horrible! Let me say this - this is my first review on anything - ever!. They called me at 4pm the afternoon before my 9am install to cancel. Saying they just noticed my product never came in. Then it could be up to two weeks before they can reschedule me. From 4pm the afternoon they canceled, I did not hear from them for 7 days. I had called them twice to get an update, which they never had for me. And when I was promised a call from a manager - they never called. So I called in a third time and was told I would get a call from the owners wife. I asked for a time and the lady said she is usually in by 11am when she is done running her errands. The owner eventually called and apologized saying this never happens. He said he would personally come out and handle my install and bring his best team. He would not give me a price break or offer anything up but her personal time ""which he never does"". They came out two weeks after the original scheduled date. The owner never came like he said he would. The main person handling the job left after the first hour and a half to go do another job leaving two employees. Who stopped working right after he left - for two hours. They did a horrible job cleaning up. Plus I am still waiting on my last gate to get installed - my fence was installed a week ago (This was a late addition, but they said it would be done within two to three days). They have not called me or provided me with any update. They have horrible communication skills and lack professionalism. This is one of my worst experiences with any company. I also have so much excess material that I feel I was over charged. I am asking for a refund on the material and still waiting on an update for my gate.
