I found Riverside Construction through a google search and was conected with Brett Hudson. We had emailed a couple of times and finally set up a time for him to come and give us an estimate on finishing our basement. \r
He was to come at 6:00, and at 6:10, I called to check on his whereabouts. He told me that he had forgotton about our appointment, and didn't check his PDA. \r
I emailed him after to explain to him that we would go with another contractor because it did not leave us with a good feeling that he had forgotten the initial appointment. He sent back a nasty email about my attitude and how he didn't need the job. \r
His customer service is terrible, and I do not recommend him to anyone. In fact, when reading up on him, I have found other sites with similar ratings about his work ethic and attitude.
