DO NOT USE STONE SOURCE! I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Michelle was my sales representative and promised a (very simple) bathroom vanity top in 5 weeks. After 8 weeks we were still waiting. No one would return a phone call or email to follow up on our timing. We even had to go in to find out what was going on. When I finally spoke to someone they gave me another week for delivery and guess what - it wasn't completed for another 2+ weeks after that. We weren't even having anything installed, just pick up. \r

I was not able to get an answer or reply from anyone at this company for an extended period of time. We paid up front and were legitimately worried that we would never see our product. When I finally did get a hold of someone (the VP) they defended their employees actions and attitude. I can be extremely reasonable but being blown off for 4 weeks (after the 5 we patiently waited) starts to get to you. When the VP finally followed up and my vanity was done they offered me a COUPON for 10% of my next purchase. There is no way I would ever purchase something from this company again. \r

Additionally we paid extra to have our counter-top sealed - just so you know, that doesn't involve them doing a sealer and protectant on your top (although the price tag suggests it) rather they send you home with a bottle to do yourself. I was appalled. They sold it as if it was a must have and value add, for the price.\r

I hope this review relieves someone from this terrible establishment and they can learn from the mistakes I made.
