I have never had a claim before. I had to get one because this crazy lawyer dropped off a rug to my dry cleaning service, and - even though he signed a release and everything was discussed - he turned around and sued us for thousands of dollars. The rugs weren't even worth close to that amount in an appraisal! Tamara Brewton walked me through it and talked to me every day. It was so nice having an agent I actually know explaining everything to me! She was very accountable and helpful. As a layperson who doesn't do this sort of thing, I absolutely loved what Tamara did for me in this situation!
