I bought beautiful hardwood floors from this company about 6 years ago. Within a week I had a small issue and it was resolved the next day. My floors have stayed beautiful and I couldn't say enough good things about the store and the work crew. I am considering going back to them for carpeting in two rooms and got online and was surprised to read some negative reviews, so I thought I owed them at least to share my experience. Guess everyone's encounter isn't the same, but I have nothing but good things to say.
