DO NO USE THIS SERVICE. Our 46” Samsung LCD died last March 2012 and we decided to see if it was repairable since it cost us SO much and it was only 6 years old! Roger came to the house and said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and he took our $599 and our TV. Fast forward 15 months later! Nada. We knew after 3 months that this was going to be a train wreck and bought a new TV. I continued to call at least a couple of times a month and rarely got a call back. In the end I just wanted him to admit that he couldn’t fix or didn’t even have the TV any longer. I figured I’d fight for the 50% labor refund I was supposedly able to recover according to the contract. The number is now disconnected and I suspect he’s gone belly up. Good riddance.
