I called Sean this morning to arrange a bid on numerous sprinkler repair items at my home and was amazed to hear he would send somebody out today. The repair person, Sandro, was a little late because of problems with the previous job but kept me informed about his progress – he was here within an hour of the originally scheduled time.\r
I usually take care of (most) of my own repairs but these three jobs were over my head. Sandro discussed each task with me, explaining his approach and potential unforeseen problems, then went about repairing them. Very professional, quick, and knowledgeable and more than willing to explain what he was doing and why (I tried not to get in his way or otherwise bother him, but he tolerated my questions with good humor). I not only have fully functioning sprinklers again for a fair and reasonable price, but learned a lot, too.\r

I will certainly call again and will gladly refer anyone to these guys.\r
