On-time and within my budget!! I want to give a 5 star recommendation for Paul Gulla and \r
Walnut Hill. Being unemployed I couldn't have the work done all at once. They have been so considerate in replacing retaining wall and fence sections overtime to allow me to pay for it. They did an outstanding job. Paul is outstanding and his workers were wonderful!! Paula N
