Review content:
After a power outage the hard drive does not recognize my pin and cannot access it anymore. I have contacted the manufacturer and they told me if it is not recognizing the pin all the data will be lost. After hearing many positive reviews, I decided to give a try to this company, and I give them five stars all the way because they have done a fantastic job in recovering my of my hard drive. Couldn't ask for a better service, very knowledgeable, professional service from start to finish.
