Jesse in the Service Department made this the very best dealer service experience I have ever had. When I came across my paperwork. This was for a relatvely minor issue, but it was handled quickly and honestly, and I actually felt my business was valued. I had stopped going to dealers because of my negative experience with another Honda dealer in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego. After working with Jesse at Hoehn Honda I can honestly say I will not hesitate to return for my future service or repair needs, or to recommend this dealer to others. I even asked Jesse to write down his name so I could write this review. Thanks a bunch, Jesse!
