BROTHERS JEWELERS on Fort Street... STAY AWAY FROM!!!! They ruined my ring, all they were supposed to do is size it, they ruined it! And then they tried to blame it on me instead of taking responsibility and making it right... I can clearly prove (and did prove) that they made a mistake and the guy argued that #1) it was my fault then it changed to #2) you brought it to us like that then it changed to #3) the ring is old and finally, #4) it's the design in the ring!!!!! CROOKS - NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! It is NOT the design, it is a BAND a wedding BAND there is NO design is a band that kinks in the dead center top of the ring and in uneven and then they tried to fix it and polished it and polished ALL THE brushed gold portion!!! IT's a complete mess and now I have to find someone to fix it because even upon proving to them they refused to make it right!!! A WOMEN KNOWS... don't try to SCAM US, WE KNOW OUR JEWELRY!!! Bastards!!!! CROOKS, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! AND I went to TWO other jewelers after I left your store and they CONFIRMED this was a MISTAKE made when the RING WAS SIZED!!!! The way they proved it to me is because the markings on the inside of the band that are stamped into the band, are NOT TOUCHED at the BOTTOM of the ring where the RING SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIZED if done properly!!! COURT NEXT!
