Never Showed Up! Missed my flight!\r
I had an emailed confirmation for a 5am pickup but they never Showed up, didn't call or explain. I called when they were 5 minutes late and was informed that there was no one on the way! No explanation, no apologies.\r

20 minutes later I received a call that they were heading my way. I had already called a reputable cab company but missed my shuttle to Phoenix (a 10 minute drive) and missed my flight to the East Coast.. Their office is also 10 minutes from my house.\r

Never, in my wildest dreams, will I ever use these people again! It is inconceivable that a company can be so mismanaged that they will send a written confirmation and then just forget about you.\r

I assume when there folks go bust, as they deserve, there will be a bunch of green Prius' for sale in Tucson.\r

I only wish there was a negative rating for companies that cost you money for doing business with them!
