Review content:
These people have no customer service training and no social skills. The mother takes care of the orders, a lady who should be home enjoying life instead of working and being mistreated by her rude son. This guy screams at her in front of the customers every time I am there so I can only assume that happens all the time. The poor woman - in her 70's I think - seems afraid and stressed out every time I see her and she is obviously terrified of him. This is elderly abuse. Their prints are poor quality, always faded, cut off and never on time. One day I went to pick up my prints at 10am and had to wait for him to finish his soup. Completely unreliable. I'll never go back.
