Review content:
I brought my daughter here for a total of 3 days. She was 6 months old at the time and anyone knows its difficult to find a daycare you like for a fair price. Upon initially meeting the owner I did not get a good first impression. She asked me if my daughter was my SISTER, I guess she thought I looked young but then presumably continued talking down to me. When submitting an application I was interrogated about my daughters father who is un-involved. I was asked to provide my husbands information (not married) and to provide a picture of him so they did not release her to him. I found the whole thing insulting. \r

I should have walked away by this point. So I brought my daughter. Day 1: I come to pick her up and the moment I open the door I can hear her wailing from down the hall. I get it, babies cry, but she was sitting on the dirty floor by herself crying. The woman in the room told me she was heating her bottle and standing over by the counter. I felt like they could have tended to her while they were heating it instead of her sitting in the middle of the floor screaming. Day 2: She seems happy when I pick her up. Still lying in the middle of the dirty carpet. They do not require any covers for shoes when the baby is rolling around on the floor. I pick her up and I notice that she had something crusted in her hair and what was it...spit up! I said something to the woman in the room and she said ohhhh I didn't notice. Which was obvious to me that she had been left unattended long enough for it to dry. That really rubbed me the wrong way. They were paid to take care of my child and that is not meeting my expectations. \r

I spoke with the main infant teacher and she assured the mistakes would be corrected. But it was too little too late for me especially since my gut feeling told me that the owner was rude and disrespectful. It seems that other people have had different experiences but I would not recommend this day care. I was not happy.
