Their pizza is good. I have always had a problem with ordering from them online, though. Not because the order doesn't go through, but because they simply don't pay attention to the order. One time I ordered from them online and received a notice that the pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes. When I went to the store, the girl at the register had not even noticed that an order had been placed, which means that I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the pizza to be made. This time, I ordered and later received a text message saying that the pizza was ready to pick up. When I arrived, the guy behind the counter said that it was being made and that it still had another 10-15 minutes. Long story short, I think it's better to order from another place and have it delivered because, despite the fact that the pizza is good, the service is pretty bad.
