We went on a mother/daughter trip and decided to try out some new restaurants. Your restaurant was one of them and I still feel disgusted that we actually ate the food we were served. We would have received a better meal at McDonalds.\r
We went after a long day of shopping... We were STARVING so we ate what was in front of us but we really regretted doing so. The menu items sounded delicious! Unfortunately NOTHING was fresh. The burgers were cooked until extra blackened and crispy...so hard as a rock you could feel each bite scraping your esophagus. The bacon was a bit of a grey colour... it looked like it had been soaking in grease for the day. The caesar salad dressing didn't taste a thing like caesar... the lettuce tasted like it was bagged/chemical soaked. The fish and chips looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu!! T\hey tasted frozen not freshly battered any time recently. The sauce for the fish on the menu said jalapeno tarter sauce but it tasted much more like honey mustard mayo than anything... so gross!!! My biggest regret was not being more vocal about how gross my meal was because my mom and sister got their meals comped and I did not. I will never go back!! \r
The server was super nice but I still paid $16 for the WORST meal ever...so disappointed
