Not sure about the other tipper, cause plenty gets done, the park always ""appears"" to be a nice pleasant place to live. The kids are loud, but if you live in a family neighborhood should expect that. The real problem is the manager Sharon. She always smells terrible like alcohol, stands on the office porch screaming at people while they walk to the bus stop. She requires pet deposit (even for indoor pets) and then calls animal control without any written or verbal notice that the animal is an issue. She refused background check that she required because there was a protection order, that she would have to acknowledge and didn't want to deal with it. I would like to say she keeps the place clean, but have seen her throwing cigerette butts out into people yards, so I don't have anything nice to say about her. Stay away until new management.
