Never again will I set foot in your store and I will do my best to make sure everyone knows why. Who's brilliant idea is it to put out samples of walnut bread within reach of children when nut allergies are so common. Fortunately my wife is always on guard and was watching. She made our son spit it out instantly and rinse his mouth out. He's been given benadryl and we have the epi pen on standby just in case. Thanks for sending our household in to a panic. Now I get to stay up all night keeping watch. \r \r I called the store to let them know what happened and was met with a 'meh' attitude. I was told that it's labeled and product placement was a corporate decision. She'll pass my concern along. Nice attitude when your stupidity has the potential to KILL A SMALL CHILD. Do you not watch the news? \r \r I checked with the Smiths down the road to see if they do anything like that. Guess what? They don't. It's their policy to only set out sugar cookies and if they have samples with nuts they are handed out by a live person that makes sure to warn everyone. \r \r I hope you take your future customers safety more seriously.
