Review content:
1 day after service man left the garage door started making that loud grinding noise again. The garage door repairman came to my house 3 hr after I called to inspect it. He found a roller had turned or bent (something like that) Even tough he didn't charge me, I still had to take my time to be there. I wasn't happy at first. He shouldv'e caught that on 1st repair. He gave me a free maintenance tuneup after Jan 1st 2014 so that was something.
