I had a problem with my truck. My insurance company call these guys to come and get it off the freeway 9pm. I was told it would be 1 hour wait. After an hour, I got another call and was told they would be there in 20 minutes. After that 20 minutes passed, I was connected by the roadside tracking system to the tow company. I was given the excuse that they had to go get another truck and it would be another 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later the tow truck shows up. We waited for 2 hours on the freeway for these incompetents. A family member showed up and sat with me until they came and then gave me a ride home . I waited at my house for another half hour, still no delivery of my vehicle. I called the tow company directly and asked where my truck was, and was informed the driver picked up another vehicle and delivered it somewhere else, with my truck still on the bed. The driver left here by midnight. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
