Review content:
The worst service I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. I have a prescription for allergy medication which is over the counter. The prescription allows me to buy a month's supply at a time, even though the medication contains Sudafed. It also allows me to use Flex Spending to buy the medication. I gave my prescription to the woman in the pharmacy. 15 minutes later, she still could not figure out how to enter it into the system, had put a huge sticker on the back of my prescription, and told me to go and buy it over the counter (which meant a 12 day supply and no Flex Spending). I had also asked her for another OTC product that is behind the pharmacy, and she said they had it. I discovered when I got into my car that she had not included the second item with my order. I went back in and asked her about it. She told me to get in the line for prescription pick ups and ask the man at that register. There was only one person in front of me, but the man at the register took 10 minutes to ring up his three items. Finally, I asked him to get me the second item. He looked on the shelf and told me they didn't have it in stock.\r \r This was nearly half an hour of incompetence.
