My husband and I have been comparing XUT's for around two months. We test drove everything the market has to offer, except Buick, Ford, and the supremely high end cars we can't afford lol) and kept coming back to this dealership. Initially my husband stopped in and met Katie, several days later I went to test drive a 3rd row Santa Fe and the Sport 5-seater and met Duke. We went back at least three times and 'aggravated' them to re-test those two models. They were always gracious and accommodating. \r

On the 9th of July Ryan (a manager) called me and said he was very interested in our trade-in and wanted us to bring it up there for an inspection and said he felt he could make me a really great deal. *lifts a brow* Hubby comes home and we take off to see how this will turn out. At this point, we had not made up our minds 100% whether we would buy a Hyundai.\r
I was really in love with that Toyota Highlander down the road, but hubby was not liking that warranty and it was much more expensive.\r
\r
In the end, the staff (Katie, Duke, Ryan & J.T.) are what ultimately sealed the deal. (did I mention the warranty and price?)\r
The car we wanted was not in stock (I had to have all the 'bells and whistles'), which meant that Ryan and others spent an enormous amount of time finding the car I wanted, which they did find :) THANKS GUYS 'n GIRL :D\r

Hubby is happy because he got that lengthy warranty that makes him feel soooooo secure, I got my 2.0T with my tech package WITH an affordable price. I am LOVING my 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0T.... It is awesome!!!\r
\r
We will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership! \r
\r
PS: We were always well informed of how the vehicle functioned prior to and while driving - offered a cold drink every time we went through the door, and loved the low stress, low pressure way they do business. A+++ rating in my opinion!!
