So very dissatisfied with this place all around. They shoot all these commercials and then you can for the challenge my rate they don't answer the phone and you get a voice mail. I called back 5 more times after I left a voicemail asking someone to call me that I wanted a quote and left my info already. The guy that called me said they were under staffed and that's why it took 6 days to call me and that was just to ask me a bunch of questions to find out that there is another waiting process. When the agent rolled around to calling me back the rates were way higher and I said forget it. The guy tried telling me I was under insured and these rates were fantastic and bla bla bla. This process took 11 days to get some crazy rates. Then 3 days later another agent called me asking me if I had received my quotes because the other guy is no longer employed there. What a mess. So a few weeks later I pull my credit and all the companies he quoted pulled my credit and lowered my score without my permission!!!!!! Never again ever will do that again!!!!
