Beware! New agent every month to deal with and all you hear is they are no longer with the company. I was with Tower Hill and I received a non renewal from the carrier so when I called Florida ins specialist they lied and said it was the carrier non renewing me! They didn't say the real reason is them as the agent was dropped! Lies upon lies! Then they placed me with another carrier without my permission and sent a bill to my mortgage company that was 3 times my normal bill that I got ripped off on canceling because I couldn't flat cancel! Scam!!! Beware!!
