before i made my appointment, i made sure they would give me what i asked. they said it was OK so I made the appointment. however, when i went there, they said they made a mistake. so not only did they waste my time, i have to make another appointment somewhere else. had i known, i would have made the appointment else where! they practically wasted a month of my time when the problem could have been solved already\r

Here was my experience:\r
waiting room: i had to wait almost an hour to be seen. \r
wait some more: after they called me in, I had to wait some more in Dr. Aszterbaum's office\r
patient's room: Dr. Aszterbaum was very rushed. Did not address my concerns. i think she assumed since I am in my 20s that I would be healthy, so she did not do a thorough exam. \r

i work in healthcare so I am pretty familar with the system (I will be receiving my MD degree very soon). do not come to this place. go somewhere else or go to a university hospital.
Pros: nothing
Cons: bad doctors, bad workers
