I called to find out about my vehicle and the guy who answered was very curt I then gave him my information and he gave me the the total amount for my vehicle Im not sure if it was my mobile phone or his line that had bad reception so I asked the gentlemen if he would please give me the total again and the break down he then replied ""Can you not hear I already told you"" I explained to him that I wasnt for sure if it was my line or his but we had a bad connection he then said ""well why dont you come down here and ill tell you"" and hung up.... I called back hoping that I would get someone different that would be able to help me and this time a lady answered and as I started to give her my information and she abruptly interupted and said "" I know you just called and he already told you so I dont know why you dont understand"" I then said ma'am Im not arguing the charges I believe we had a bad connection and would just like the total amount the woman then replied "" well he already told you and im not going to repeat it too you again"" I then asked if I for her name and she said ""dont worry about it im the owner"" and then passed the phone back over to the gentleman and he said "" look lady why dont you come down here and ill tell you in person"" I replied sir Im sorry I dont know why your so upset I just want the total amount and the break down his response was "" I know your sorry, I know your sorry"" he laughed and then hung up.... \r

Im in total shock on how a business can operate with such horrible unprofessional people and what was I expecting if the owner was acting in such way what example to set for your employees
