Doing business with this company was one of the single worst decisions of my entire career! I called one of the owners based on a recommendation of a friend. I needed some Panelviews made for a General Motors job. After some conversations with the owner I was assured I would A. Get a great price B. Assured the quality would be top-notch C. That i would recieve the products ON TIME!!! Wrong on all fronts. The price they quoted and the price I was charged was 3 times more expensive. Then I tried to contact the owner about this oversight and was told that he was in a meeting...for 5 days in a row. I would call at 9am 10 am 11 am 12 pm and still unable to speak to him. When i did recieve the boxes the paint was scratched up on the sides and front. I could tell they tried to patch it up with some paint that was a completely different color! It looked like they had kicked the panelviews around for a few days before shipping them. I did not recieve all the paperwork for the componets. Also I requested the panelviews be delivered a month after I had placed my order...guess what? They were 3 weeks late delivering them due to ""problems with getting materials"" This company did not meet my expectations on any level whatsoever. When i did get the panelviews up and running one of my technicians was electrocuted while testing some of the componets. He may never walk again and I have a lawsuit pending against the owner. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING....AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Try ESYS or EDAG for much more competent businesses
