My son has been going to Hanger for years and we love his orthotist. However, I have never in my life met women like the women that work in the reception area. They are very rude, inconsiderate, will not listen to anything you try to explain to them. In their eyes they are always right, not the customer. They definitely need to learn customer service skills!
