Review content:
This place is a dump! Owners are sketchy and dont care if they run your credit cards illegally without permission. Camera's never worked, trash over flows, soda machine broken for the entirety, people leave fish parts/guts, boxes of old eaten crabs on the docks, trash everywhere including water, gates are always left open so there is zero security at this place at all and they are never present on site. Only want your monthly fee without taking any responsibility to run a business. The handful of boats there rarely move at all. It is more a storage lot and a dumping ground. We have been to many marina's and own several boats. This marina should be condemed. We suffered through two months and lucky we have not gotten sick from the polluted water. They boast on their website that they sell ice and gas and have a store in the works, none is true or possible. We have are extremely disappointed in this place! Too many nice marinas for less money and much cleaner! Even current tenants were disgusted and ready to move on! BEWARE!
