.I have been a customer at this perticuler store for over 3 years but hever had to work with the owner. Everyone was very kind and helpful even if I was upset or didn,t understand.\r

A few days ago I took my phone in as it broke when I fell on it. I was mad that I pay 7 a month and still have to pay 50, so the girl gave me the number to call and I tried,but there was no way to talk to anyone. I went back in the store still upset, and the owner was rude about my questions and ended up calling me white trash, a b____h, and a fin-b____h. he even followed me outside and spit on me. when he went back in he spit on the widow at me. \r

I have only seen one other person go that far and she is in the hospital!\r

I know I was upset but instead of making things understandable and calm he went off on me.\r
\r
This store is on the corner of Jolly and Cedar. Beware of this paticular store they will not stand behind what they sell or listen when you try to explain a mis-understanding.\r

My suggestion; if you want a paticular company for your wireless go to that paticular store not a multi-service store and please, not the one on jolly and cedar. They are fine when things are fine but if there is a problem they do not stand behind the product because "" its not my product or problem get out""!
