I also would not recommend Joe's Music. At first Joe seemed to be super friendly and nice. I was considering taking lessons from Joe. Until I saw the other side of him. In an instance he mood went from nice to very unprofessional and down right rude. He accused us of being untrustworthy just because we wanted the appropriate things anyone should be given at the purchase of a product. I believe everything that @shroooms stated in his statement because that is exactly how Joe treated us. I deal with people everyday and could not believe he was acting like a spoiled and rude child. He was so lucky that we used restraint from telling him how we really felt. Do not be suckered in by his charm that he lays on thick. He is Dr.Jeckel and Mr. Hyde all rolled into one.
