Review content:
Do not use this company! Although their party buses are nice, their customer service is horrible. The utter lack of professionalism ruined what would have been an otherwise nice event for our group. Also be warned that although their rates might seem low they charge numerous fees. This is the first bad review I have ever written for a company on City Search or anywhere for that matter. I usually only post positive reviews and keep such opinions to myself, so you can imagine the poor level of customer service I must have experienced for me to feel it necessary to post a negative review. As a small business owner myself I know what level of service businesses should provide to their customers and this company does not even come close to making the grade. Sorry to have to be a downer, but I would look elsewhere.
