What a special florist…. My online order with a major floral distributor (ProFlowers) had been cancelled late in the afternoon of my grandmother’s birthday. Since I live in Cincinnati, I had few choices and began a desperate search on Google for florists near Carmel. The first three I found would not even consider helping me that late in the day. I feel so lucky that their number was the next up in my search. Kristine’s positive attitude and willingness to help truly made my day. Better yet, I received a call from my Grandmother that night and she was raving about how beautiful the flowers were and how great it was to receive a gift that would last for many days.\r

In addition to being extremely grateful and relieved that my grandmother would be taken care of, I was really humbled that the owner was willing to go so far out of her way to help a complete stranger. Thank you!
