MANY THANKS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO DOING YOUR HAIR YOU MAY REACH ME DIRECTLY ON MY CELL 503-880-2597 XOXO ***\r \r I am personally responding to my client Elizabeth Glovers horrible review. First off, I've been doing Elizabeth for a few years now. She has always been very happy with my color choices and we have always used the same product, same color. Highlights and Lowlights. This time around, she wanted more depth with the lowlights so I went 1 shade darker from a 7N to a 6N. I DID NOT have the color mixed before she got there because we talked about what color of lowlights to use. Her hair has always been frizzy and has always requested me to not blowdry her hair. She was 100% happy with the color when she left and texted me the next day to see if I could thin it out for her in the back. I did, in between clients on my busy booked day. She then texted me a week later telling me her hair is frizzy. I suggested she get a good Kpak Conditioner or come in for a free conditioning treatment. Never heard back from her. I take pride in my work and am a very confident color specialist! Yes, I did sell my salon and that has nothing to do with my expertise work.
