Just My experience, but I am wirtting this review becuase they went above and beyond....my Jeep was totalled when a person drove through a Red light, (said they sneezed! and thats why they ran the red) and nailed me. I have been looking around at some good jeeps on craigslist but had a friend who had a bad experience getting stuck with a lemon. First Impression: Excellent on the Phone..Ask As many questions as you want, because it was HUGE for me! They Answered all my question extreamly well. I called a bunch of times becuase I was buying online and I was curious if this was for real. They have one catch it's a fee to go through the auction. They also charge $1.00 on my credit card for online before i bid. I had to pay $260 for the fee, not bad. I saved $2,000 on the total price if I bought it on craigslist. Pick Up: My Cab dropped me off around 3pm. I walked right in and out. The people I spoke with were friendly. They brought the Jeep right up to me and I was blown away. Staff: Friendly, but not over the top. Final thoughts I had a check for $2,600 from my insurance company. I got a nice Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee with good miles for $2,200. I drove it home to Albany and just put in gas. It's been three weeks it passed inspection and I got and oil change. I will let you know if I have problems with an update.
