Rent at your own risk! Signed a contract to rent 8/2012 and my unit was broken into and completely cleaned out by 4/3/2013! The security at this site is beyond poor! No cameras and gate codes apparently remain in the system for weeks after you move out. When my unit was discovered tampered with and empty, it is THEN the manager offered up information on other units being tampered with! Locks being cut and replaced by the ""come and go"" thefts. All occupants should have been notified. To top it all off the owners insurance apparently covers nothing...yes I said nothing. I have to block my number when I call the check the status of the claim. Not very professional - Liberty Mutual! like I said before - rent at your own risk. Your belongings are more secure in your yard with a tarp over them! Just saying.
