We would like to express our thanks for the prompt attention Carlos gave to our issue regarding windows installed at our son's home in San Jose. My wife especially appreciated his explanation of the cause of the problem and his quick and workmanlike corrective actions - including the new face cover piece that he installed instead of trying to reuse the old one that had started coming loose. \r
