I was looking for a new vehicle about a month ago and went to all the different dealerships in Naperville, I was very frustrated with the lack of customer service and respect I received from most dealerships. As a middle aged suburban woman, I found they all wanted to talk down to me or point out the color of the vehicle. I finally came here and was greeted by Matt Benson. He was very nice and treated me with respect. He handled the negotiations with the up most respect to me. After the purchase Matt also drove my old vehicle home for me. Mandy Martin went above and beyond, expediting the paper work while finding the best financing arrangement for us. Mandy made me feel like a real customer with dignity and worth. You must know that because of Mandy Martin I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from your dealership. Thank you, Matt for your professional and friendly sales style. I appreciate your patience with me, and for showing me how to work all the gadgets. Thank you, Mandy for your understanding and customer service. More dealerships need to follow your example.
