I would highly recommend Dr. Craig Camasta. I had consulted four doctors over a nine-year period but could never find a professional I trusted to perform the surgery. Dr. Camasta is unique in that he is truly a compassionate podiatrist. He took the time to explain precisely what was wrong, what procedures were to be performed to correct the problem and alleviate the pain I was experiencing. He never failed to answer any questions I had, from the complex to the mundane. A total of three surgeries were performed over a four-year period. Cheilectomies and osteotomies of both feet to address a condition called ""Hallux Limitus"", in addition to sesamoid planing of the right foot. Details regarding his credentials may be found on his web site. For anyone contemplating foot surgery, Dr. Craig Camasta is your best bet in the Douglasville area. Donna (aka Becca), Gatineau, QC.
