We have been going to Dr. Parti @ Healthy Smiles on Stine since Marcus was 1 years old. Every time we go, we have to wait for over an hour before being called back. Yesterday, we went for all 3 kids. Our appt. was at 3:30 so we arrived at 3:15 to get registered. After waiting until 4:20 to be called back, I asked why we hadnt been seen yet, and they said ""you are next"". They called us back at 4:20, rushed us through xrays and cleanings for all 3 kids. They found our families first cavity, in my 5 year old daughter. But instead of filling it then, they wanted to make me come back another day and wait, because it was 5:00 and the dentists were off. If they had not made me wait an hour in the waiting room, I would have had time to get it filled. The the office staff proceeded to treat me like crap because I disagreed with this. They thought I was the overbearing pushy mom. But, my time is valueable too! I am sorry that you didnt plan your schedule right, but you are not finished with us yet, so today you do not get to leave at 5:00. I asked what time they thought a 3:30 appt should be called back, and they couldnt give me a direct answer? Then I showed up today to speak with the dentist, and she was gone for the day because they werent busy enough for her to stay. So, when I asked when would be a time I could come back when she would be here, they RUDELY told me Tues. I think they think I am going to drop this if they keep prolonging the inevitable. But, I am not going to let this end until I feel they make a concious effort to fix their system.
