Review content:
If customer service is important to you I would recommend researching other places for sales/service in this area. I am just 'one little pushmower' who was unhappy with the result of bringing my machine in and picking up a machine who's performance was not what I expected when I got it home, after being told 'changed ti oil, sharpened the blade fixed the oil saturated air filter nothing else was found.' I phoned the same day and was told I would need to speak to Brian and he would call me back when he returned. No call, called them back the next day and was told by Brian that he never received the message. In Brian's defense he did not work on the machine and I believe him when he said he had 'nothing to do with it, however he did become very frustrated and non-customer friendly. I asked to speak to someone else, I don't think Brian wanted to come off the way he did, his frustration was getting him nowhere and I thought it best to ask my questions to another....LOL that's when things really went down hill. I was told I was speaking to the manager/Owner. I can only assume that is the truth. I can say also that I felt I was not important ( I am only 'one little pushmower' after all), he didn't have time to deal with me and that Brian had misinformed me about what was/was not wrong with my mower...I did make one suggestion on 'customer service' and offered another way to deal with the situation 'I am sorry, I think you are right, we should have contacted you before releasing the mower and given you the option to decide what you wanted to do with your machine. Let's get that mower back in here and look and see why it's running like that and whether you are interested in investing more money OR are interested in using it until it falls apart, at which time we would LOVE the opportunity to fit you to a new one, we have many quality options available here'.....hmmm...you know Mr. Manager/Owner, you are correct, that be a HUGE waste of your time and energy! Customer service? LOL let the people decide!
